Made to Order

All items are made to order and can take up to two weeks to be made and dispatched.
Please factor this in if buying gifts - contact me on [email protected] if you need something for a certain date and I will do my best to fulfil this.
All items are handmade and hand finished and may differ slightly from the image shown

Shipping

All UK items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For and will require a signature on arrival
All Rest of the World Items are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked
Estimated delivery time once made and dispatched: UK 1-3 Days, EU 3-5 Days, Everywhere Else 5-7 Days

All jewellery comes packed in an Alice Chandler Jewellery box

Returns

I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons
If your jewellery is damaged, broken, or just needs re-polishing I will be happy to help - just get in touch!
